3 airfryer pork rib recipes to make your life easier

The airfryer made it easier to prepare a lot of food in the kitchen, as it doesn’t need fat and gets everything ready quickly. So, if you have this appliance at home, why not try the pork ribs in the airfryer? Check out the recipes:

1. Pork ribs in a simple airfryer

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork ribs
  • olive oil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon

Method of preparation

  1. Place the ribs in a bowl;
  2. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon;
  3. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes;
  4. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 3 minutes;
  5. Spread the ribs in the airfryer basket;
  6. Program 20 minutes in the airfryer and it’s ready.

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1.5 kg of pork ribs
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Mash the garlic with the salt and in the meat;
  2. Season also with paprika, vinegar and pepper;
  3. Let it rest for about 1 h;
  4. Place half of the ribs in the airfryer basket;
  5. Program for 40 minutes at high temperature;
  6. Halfway through, turn the ribs over;
  7. Remove from the basket and repeat the previous steps with the rest of the ribs.

3. Pork ribs in the airfryer with chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chimichurri
  • Parrilla salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon pepper

Method of preparation

  1. Season the rib with lemon, garlic, chimichurri, parrilla salt and lemon pepper;
  2. Let marinate for 2 hours;
  3. Cut the ribs into pieces;
  4. Place in the airfryer basket and leave for 30 minutes at 200ºC.
  5. Now just serve!
