1. Simple fit meatball


  • 418 g of minced meat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Chopped green chili to taste

Method of preparation

  • 100 g fresh light ricotta

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the meat with the carrot, onion, chives, pepper, salt, paprika and yogurt. Make balls and set aside;
  2. For the sauce, heat the oil in a pan to sauté the onion and garlic. Add the paprika, salt, basil and wait for it to wilt;
  3. Add the grated tomatoes and mix. Lower the heat, place the meatballs and add a little water, if necessary;
  4. Cover the pan and let it cook until golden. Transfer to a plate and serve.
