3 muscle recipes at the pressure to include in your routine

These pressure muscle recipes need to be part of your menu. Despite being a cheap cut, it can be very tasty with the addition of a few ingredients and the correct preparation. With this incredible selection, your meat will be tender and can be cooked with pepperoni, vegetables and even wine. Check out!

1. Muscle with pepperoni in pressure

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of muscle
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 slice of chopped calabrese sausage
  • 1/2 large chopped onion
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 sliced bell pepper
  • 3 potatoes
  • Black pepper
  • chimichurri
  • full seasoning
  • salt
  • colorau
  • green smell

Method of preparation

  1. Season the meat with the crushed garlic, black pepper, chimichurri, the complete seasoning and salt;
  2. In the pressure cooker, fry the chopped sausage;
  3. Add the seasoned meat, mix and let it sauté well;
    Add the onion and let it fry;
  4. When the onion is well fried, insert the chopped tomato and the pepper strips. Mix well and let it cool;
  5. Season the mixture with paprika and cover with water. Close the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes after getting pressure;
  6. If desired, add the chopped and peeled potato. Cover again and leave on pressure for 2 minutes;
  7. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve.

2. Pressure muscle with cassava

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg of cubed beef muscle
  • 1 strand of oil
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 300 g of cassava
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • salt
  • green smell
  • chopped green pepper

Method of preparation

  1. Heat 1 thread of oil in the pressure cooker;
  2. Add the onion and garlic. Let it brown;
  3. Insert the meat, mix and let it sauté well for 15 minutes or until the juice is released. Season with salt;
  4. Fill a large mug with water and let it heat up;
  5. In the pressure cooker, add the cassava, tomato, carrot, parsley and green pepper. Mix and let it cool a little longer;
  6. Add the tomato paste;
  7. Cover the meat with hot water and mix all the ingredients well;
  8. Close the pan and leave it under pressure for 25 minutes;
  9. Open the lid and, if desired, leave for another 5 minutes;
  10. Finish by sprinkling more chopped parsley and serve.

3. Muscle pressure with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of cubed muscle
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of lard
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Water
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Potato
  • Parsley

Method of preparation

  1. Season the muscle with salt and pepper;
  2. Pour the wheat flour into the meat and mix with your hands to make it slightly breaded. Reserve;
  3. Heat a pan. When it is very hot, pour the tomato sauce and give it a light stir;
  4. Add the lard, mix and wait for it to melt;
  5. Insert the seasoned meat and mix well;
  6. When the bottom starts to get thick, add the wine and stir well to remove the sauce from the bottom of the pan;
  7. Cover the meat with water;
  8. Season with bay leaves and chopped celery stalk;
  9. Cover the pan and let it cook until the meat is tender;
  10. When the meat is done, keep the heat on and add the chopped carrot, onion and potato. Mix and cover again;
  11. When the vegetables are soft, turn off the heat;
  12. Finish by sprinkling the chopped parsley.
