Ingredients

  • olive oil to taste
  • 4 filet mignon medallions
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • butter to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Aluminum paper
  • 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
  • 100 g fresh cream

Method of preparation

  1. Heat a skillet and add a little oil. Meanwhile, season the meat with salt and pepper;
  2. Place two medallions at a time in the skillet and wait for a crust to form underneath, for about 2 minutes. Turn sideways and wait another 2 minutes;

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon medallions
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 135 g of shredded gorgonzola cheese
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 italian bread
  • Chopped green chili to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter with the oil, rosemary and garlic. Over high heat, add the fillets;
  2. Let it brown for 3 minutes on one side and then for another 3 minutes on the other. Meanwhile, baste the meat with the fat from the pan;
  3. Reserve the fillets on a plate. Remove the rosemary, garlic and excess oil from the skillet;
  4. In the same skillet, add the cream, cottage cheese and gorgonzola. Cook over low heat until blended and season with black pepper;
  5. Chop the meat into small pieces and put them in the sauce. Cut the lid of the Italian bread and remove the crumb;

Method of preparation

  1. In a hot skillet, melt the butter and brown the onion. Add the meat and let it fry;
