Ingredients

  • 2.7 kg of termite
  • 100 g of garlic
  • Coarse salt

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the garlic and coarse salt and mix well;
  2. Make holes in the termite piece and place the garlic in these little holes;
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and season with more coarse salt;
  4. Place on a skewer, wrap in aluminum foil and bake on the grill for 1h30 or until very tender.

Method of preparation

  2. Chop the cheeses into small cubes and stuff the meat;

  • 1 piece of termite
  • 200 g of bacon
  • 1 smoked pepperoni sausage
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper
  • salt
  • Oil

Method of preparation

  1. Make deep holes in the termite and fill with strips of bacon and pepperoni;
  2. Season with garlic, pepper and salt;
  3. Sear the meat on both sides in a very hot skillet with oil;
  4. Then wrap in cellophane and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
